Duct & Vent Cleaning of America, Inc was hired by Elms Common Apartments to Contact HEPA vacuum one roof-top air handling unit, all air shafts and all diffusers/grills servicing the common hallways, laundry rooms and storage rooms in each of the three buildings. Elms Common Apartments understands the potential danger for fires as the result of clogged dryer vents. That is why we were also hired to rotary brush and HEPA vacuum three four-story dryer exhaust shafts servicing a total of 12 laundry rooms with one dryer in each room within all three buildings.
