Duct & Vent Cleaning of America, Inc was hired to contact HEPA vacuum 14 total RTUs, all supply & return ductwork and all diffusers/grills servicing Flower Rooms 1-6 and one Mother Room. After cleaning the ductwork and AHU’s, we treated the AHUs and ductwork with a bacteriostat, fungistat, and deodorizer. We also stripped out the damaged, water soaked fiberglass internal insulation from within the supply plenum section of 13 roof-top air handling units, prepped the surfaces for re-insulation and installed 3/4" Armaflex SA Closed Cell Elastomeric foam duct liner. This helps with both acoustical and insulation purposes as was originally designed.
