On this project, Mount Holyoke hired us to ensure healthy Indoor Air Quality within the student dormitory. We contact HEPA vacuumed the ductwork, EF-1, SF-1 & ERV as shown on print. We also contact HEPA vacuumed the exhaust ductwork and grilles in each of the bathrooms on Floors 1, 2 & 3. It was also important to contact HEPA vacuum and rotary cable brush the return risers and registers in hallways on Floors 1, 2 & 3 including the ductwork within the mechanical room. We applied fungistat, bacteriostat and deodorizer to the interior of ductwork after cleaning.
