At the Mount Washington State Forest Building, we were hired to contact HEPA vacuum the supply and return ductwork, registers, grilles and diffusers. We also applied a EPA Registered fungistat, bacteriostat and deodorizer to interior of ductwork to inhibit microbial growth. The product we use, Envirocon, has the lowest toxicity safety rating by the EPA and is safe to use.
