Duct & Vent Cleaning of America, Inc was hired for a fast track project by a General Contractor and Mechanical Contractor for New York City to convert floors of the hospital to COVID-19 wards at North Central Bronx Community Hospital in New York City. Our responsibilities were to clean the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th floors ductwork to remain that was being tied in to new ductwork. Because this was a fast track project we coordinated with many different subcontractors and worked to stay ahead of the air balancIng company. This way the floors could be turned over to the city at the required deadline.
