We contact HEPA vacuumed all of the existing ductwork shown on blue print pages MD1.0, MD1.1, MD1.2, MD1.3, MD1.4 & MD1.5 dated 2/1/2022 per duct cleaning notes on print page M0.1. The system was fogged using an EPA approved product as required in the duct cleaning specification. The ductwork was cleaned to NADCA Visual Inspection as depicted int the NADCA ACR Standard for duct cleaning cleanliness.
